Automatic Soft Plastic 240mm Tube Filling Machine 180ml

Automatic Tube Filling and sealing Machine is mechanical-electrical integration, used multiple introduction technology and controlled by PLC, it can complete tube feeding, photocell recognition, filling, sealing, date printing and tube injection automatically simultaneously. The machine runs smoothly, easy to control and size change over, suitable for producing paste products.

The machine has a modern shape, a strong practicability and good value for process, it is widely used in toothpaste, ointment, paste food, cosmetics, hair-dyeing, adhesive, art palette and so on.

Made of SS304. Also can be customized as SS316L. It anti drop system. Have end cap inside of filling nozzle, and also have air blow after filling to cut down the tail of products.

Inner heating,Heat wind and water cooling are achieved by heaters(LEISTER) and water coolers.

Can be print A-Z or 0-9, depend on your requirements. And change easy.

Plastic/soft tube inner heating sealing, aluminum tube folding. The printing characters can be required sealing line also.
