The drive unit of Feeder adopts the cardan shaft follow-up system, which can make longitudinally long paper, increase the service life of the cardan shaft, and increase the running stability.

The paper conveying adopts a wide belt, the paper conveying is stable, and the switching between wide and narrow paper is free ofadjustment.

The gluing part adopts the liquid level control system and automatically gluing. The liquid level control structure of the glue plate not only ensures that the liquid level of the glue plate is too high to overflow the glue, but also ensures the recycling of the glue, and can also easily discharge the glue.

The glue tray has a preheating structure. When the temperature is low, the fluidity of the glue will become poor. After the glue is preheated, the glue can be applied more evenly, the activity of the glue molecules will be intensified, and the initial adhesion of the film and paper will be improved.

Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.

Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test running, you need to pay for the cost of the material

A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery. Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
