1. Die-cutting part: transmission structure, intermittent structure, pneumatic clutch brake.

Transmission structure: The new transmission design realizes high-speed precision die-cutting.The main drive adopts worm gear and specially designed crankshaft connecting rod structure,the bearing connection reduces the movement space and avoids the impact of the worm gear worm, high die cutting pressure, with high pressure action. 4 corners of moving the platform is equipped with a decompression buffer spring to reduce machine wear and the machine runs more smoothly.

Intermittent structure: using high-precision parallel ternary cam indexing structure, the cam curve is special design, large swing angle, more stable operation of the gripper.

Pneumatic clutch brake: control transmission torque by adjusting air pressure, low noise and good performance braking performance. Automatic shutdown when the machine is overloaded to avoid accident happens.

2. Electronic control part: motor, PLC and man-machine interface, electronic control system,various safety protection devices.

Motor: Imported Fuji variable frequency stepless speed regulation motor is used to make the main motor energy-saving,

Low noise. The take-up gear motor is imported from Taiwan.​​​

Brake geared motor, high safety performance, long service life and low running noise.

PLC and man-machine interface: digital display machine working speed and status,the main motor is controlled by the frequency converter, and the stepless speed regulation makes the operation more stable. The man-machine interface display system can display various working conditions,the fault is located in a timely manner and a solution is proposed.

Electrical control system: microcomputer control process automatic control, real-time detect from feeding, feeding, die-cutting, and delivery.

Various safety protection devices: the horn alarms and turns off when a problem occurs the machine runs automatically to ensure personal safety.
