This stage consists of, paint dip tank, paint circulating pumps & wire mesh strainers, bag filters, heat exchanger to maintain paint temperature constant, associated pipes with accessories, nozzles, etc.
Water cooled water chillers, chilled water tank, cooling tower and associated pumps are employed as the cooling source of the paint in this dip tank
Since E-coat paint is deposited onto the work surface electrically, the rectifiers are needed. For this design, tubular cells on the side and bottom of the tank, and anolyte liquid circulating system are employed
Safety measures are exercised against DC current application including floor mat switches at the access doors and insulation slab rubber cover.
After finishing ED, UF ultrafiltrated liquid is used to spray workpiece for anti-drying the work surface and recycle the float paint on the surface. This rinse is interlocked with the signal of carrier travel, and rinsed water will be drained to the paint dip tank.
This section has enclosure structure, natural air supply of the shop and air exhaust system installs in the top.
