There are sealer oven, primer oven and top coat oven based on production requirement.
1. Design Description
1-1. Oven tunnel
The oven tunnel is a self-supporting construction and consists of 150 mm thick insulation panels.
The insulation panels are manufactured as sheet metal. .
The panel frames consist of sheet metal plates with slots arranged in apposition, in order to prevent heat losses by leaks. High density rock wool material is used for insulation. (80kg/m3)
In order to protect dust incoming during non-production period, shutters will be provided at the all ovens.
1-2. Internal duct
Convection type: Supply ducts are located along the sides of the tunnel.
Equipped with air slots in the heat-up and holding zones.
Return duct: A return air duct is arranged below the oven ceiling.
Exhaust duct: An exhaust duct is located in the middle of the tunnel. The exhaust duct connects to the exhaust fan.
1-3. Recalculating air units
Heat units are built-in type and complete with the hot air recirculation fan, air filters, access doors and so on.
Internal skins of heater units are 1.6mm thick galvanized or 1.5mm thick stainless sheet including connecting ducts and seal welded completely to air tight. Thermal insulation is 150mm thick using rock wool and external covers are 0.6mm thick galvanized sheet.
Access doors are made of galvanized sheet having 150mm thick thermal insulation using the same material as in housing, and air tight using toggle bolts or eye bolts and heat resistant gasket.
• Circulation filters (unit filter made of stainless steel wire mesh) for convectional zones are employed for filtration.
Hot air recirculation fans are the plug in type fans. Recirculation fans of radiation zone have 350℃ construction, and convectional zone fans have 250℃ construction.
Gas piping unit and safety equipment are furnished with the burners.
1-4. Cooling tunnel
The cooling tunnels are installed after the ovens, and the cooling tunnels consist of tunnels, air supply units, air exhaust, ductwork.
Tunnels are fabricated of 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheet and all panel seams are caulked air tight.
Air supply units consist of housing, filters, air supply fans. _
Air exhaust of cooling tunnel consist of the exhaust fans are of multi-blade type
Ductwork including air intake hood is fabricated of galvanized sheet with proper reinforcement and duct work outside the building and air intake hoods is water tight
The fresh air is sucked in by a fan from above roof" and is blown through nozzles onto the body shell. Nozzles will be fitted on both sides of the interior wall.
The fresh air fan, the fresh air filter, the exhaust air fan will be accommodated in a common unit
One exhaust fan will extract the air and discharge it into the atmosphere .
