1 Type of Conveyor
PT& ED Line & PVC U/C EMS (Electric Monorail System)
Buffer, Transfer Line Roller machine
Booth & Oven Chain Conveyor
Working area Roller machine
PBS Power & free conveyor
Design Description
Floor skid conveyor for Booth, Working area and Buffer line
Shuttle
Cross transfers designed to move loads horizontally to another conveyor line.
Cross transfer units have a roller bed and clamping (or stopper) device on both sides.
The standard speed is designed with double speed, start & stop is lower speed, in middle will be fast moving.
Roller Beds
Roller bed framework is constructed to accommodate the wide variety of mounting arrangements which may be required for production processes. This universal construction design affords easier interface with turntables, lifts, cross transfers, other conveyors or production equipment.
The standard speed of the roller beds is 24 m/min in the buffer storage area, others speed will base on the process requirement to design.
In the painting booth, oven & station machinery, the speed of the conveyor is controlled by frequency converter ,its speed could be adjusted by the production requirement .
Turntables
Automatic or manual-operated turntables can be designed to rotate the car body 180°, it will fulfill the process requirement .
2-2 EMS (Electrified Monorail System) for PT & ED
EMS consists of independently controlled carriers suspended on an overhead extruded aluminum track. The system is quiet and dependable. Each carrier is powered by its own motor and is equipped with PLC for automatic control of speed and operation. The motorized carriers respond to programming and automated devices located along the conveyor path.
In difference all drives are inverter controlled, and an onboard PLC is used to control the movements along the track.
Floor skid roller conveyors are a modular designed system that utilizes standard components and offers many options to meet customer requirements.
Traditional steel chain-driven system will be used in the Booth & Oven.
Roll bed & Cross transfer system (no-power) will be used in the Buffer area and Working booth.
