Smart spraying

The paint film performance testing equipment is advanced and complete. Such as color difference meter, multi-angle gloss meter, orange peel meter, etc. are all German BYK brands. With the scientific cooperation of various equipment, the annual output of 80,000 units can be guaranteed while meeting the quality requirements.

Green paint

The xylene-containing organic waste gas produced in the painting drying room is the main polluting gas produced during the painting process. XCMG Automobile adopts energy-storage waste gas incineration treatment equipment (RTO) for treatment. After purification, the concentration is reduced to 0.0058g/m3, and the purification efficiency It can reach more than 98%. The waste gas is burned into carbon dioxide and discharged at high altitude. The pollutant emission rate and emission concentration can meet the emission standards, and the heat recovery rate is as high as 95%.

High-end craft

The production equipment in the painting workshop is interconnected through the electronic control system, and a workshop-level industrial Internet is established.
