Control of Main Electric Equipment
1.1. Pretreatment
When the electric system for pretreatment is in the control state of "local automation", an operator at the scene will be able to press the button of "automatic start" on the electric cabinet panel to start the operation of all the process units automatically and in an orderly manner.
When the electric system for pretreatment is in the control state of "local manual", an operator at the scene will be able to press the start or stop button for the corresponding equipment on the electric cabinet panel to independently start and stop the operation of each process unit.
Temperature Control: The pre-degreasing, degreasing and phosphating processes of the pretreatment system need temperature control, using temperature control instruments for completion.
1.2. Cathodic Electrophoresis System
When the electric system for cathodic electrophoresis is in the control state of "local automation", an operator at the scene will be able to press the "automatic start" button on the electric cabinet panel to start the operation of all the process units automatically and in an orderly manner.
When the electric system for cathodic electrophoresis is in the control state of "local manual", an operator at the scene will be able to press the start or stop button for the corresponding equipment on the electric cabinet panel to start or stop the operation of each process unit independently.
Temperature Control: The process temperature of the cathodic electrophoresis bath needs controlling, using temperature control instruments.
Interlocking Control: All the water pumps interlock with liquid levels. At a low liquid level, the water pumps stop work and the liquid level signal is sent to PLC, and through the communication module of PLC, is uploaded to the central control room. The sprinkler pipeline of each process trough is equipped with a solenoid valve or motor valve, which through PLC, realizes the automatic control of all the sprinkling. The electrophoresis circulation pump shall interlock with the shaft-seal pump. Only when the shaft-seal pump interlocking is opened may you start the electrophoresis circulation pump.
1.3. Drying Chamber System
When the drying chamber’s electric system is in the control state of "local automation", an operator at the scene will be able to press the "automatic start” button on the electric cabinet panel to start the operation of all the process units automatically and in an orderly manner.
When the drying chamber’s electric system is in the control state of "local manual", an operator at the scene will be able to press the start or stop button for the corresponding equipment on the electric cabinet panel to start or stop the operation of each process unit alone.
Temperature Control: The drying chamber uses burners for heating with LNG gas, with temperature being controlled by temperature control instruments.
1.4 Paint Spray Chamber System
When the paint spray chamber’s electric system is in the control state of "local automatic", an operator at the scene will be able to press the "automatic start button" on the electric cabinet panel to start the operation of all the process units automatically and in an orderly manner.
When the paint spray chamber’s electric system is in the control state of "local manual", an operator at the scene will be able to press the start or stop button for the corresponding equipment on the electric cabinet panel to start or stop the operation of each process unit alone.
1.5 EMS
When the self-moving cart conveying system is in the control state of "local automation", an operator at the scene will be able to press the "automatic start button" on the electric cabinet panel to start the operation of all the process units automatically and in an orderly manner.
When the self-moving cart conveying system is in the control state of "local manual", an operator at the scene will be able to press the start or stop button for the corresponding cart equipment on the electric cabinet panel to start or stop the operation of each cart alone.
1.6 Floor Conveying System (on the ground)
The skid conveying system is a logistics conveying system for controlling the skid movement of the whole coating workshop as it carries car bodies to pass various corresponding processes and undertakes the transport task of the automobile body coating process on the ground in accordance with the process requirements. This system’s subsystems controlled include a roller conveying system, a rotating roller system, various lift systems, a moving machine system, a chain conveying system, etc.
When the skid conveying system is in the control state of "local automation", an operator at the scene will be able to press the "automatic start” button on the electric cabinet panel to start the operation of all the process units automatically and in an orderly manner.
