Scope of Supply: This project is a turnkey project, which covers overall design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, commissioning, training, accompanying service, after-sales service, and provides relevant technical information. After negotiation, both parties agree to sign this technical agreement. Newly built one automatic B40 welding line for the left and right sides, and reconstructed the on-site air EMS transportation and the original part of the fixture tooling on the ground.

Synchronous rack device and jacking device
Working principle: The cylinder drives the "active gear" in the jacking device to rotate through the "active cylindrical gear bar", thereby driving the "driven cylindrical gear bar" to move, and indirectly pushing the "jacking frame" to move up and down, realizing the horizontal movement to The conversion of the vertical movement achieves the purpose of freely lifting the side panel of the vehicle body. In addition, the part 6 (support guide cylinder) in the synchronous rack device mainly plays the role of guiding and ensuring that the active cylindrical gear bar is always meshed with the driving gear in the jacking device; part 5 (anti-rotation angle iron) mainly plays the role of preventing the active cylindrical gear The role of the gear bar rotation.
