Integrated Fixtures for Welding Production Line
The main production methods of the welding workshop include: spot welding, CO2 shielded welding, laser welding and pressure forming. The corresponding fixtures are all in the form of assembly welding fixtures, integrating electrical and control technology, and maximizing the advantages of flexible production lines. The welded fixture set is a combination of joint surface positioning, point positioning, positioning pin positioning and clamping positioning. This article mainly introduces the main line synthesis machine, the side wall trolley, the movable rotary table of the suitcase, etc.
The main synthesis station is the most critical station in flexible production, and the types of models that can be accommodated in flexible production depend on the comprehensive fixtures of the synthesis machine. Taking Figure 4 and Figure 5 as an example, the synthesis machine has four sets of comprehensive fixtures.
The trolley fixture is also the key equipment of the flexible production line (see Figure 6 and Figure 7). The comprehensive fixtures required for the installation and production of the trolley are put in according to the production needs and flow along the production line with the workpiece. Avoiding repeated positioning errors, combined with modern robot welding, the product has high consistency and stability. So that product quality and precision can be effectively controlled.
The rotary table has more than two workbenches, and each workbench is equipped with a complete set of fixtures. Each workbench can be switched according to production instructions. The rotary table includes loading station and welding station. While the welding station is welding, workers or robots can complete the work. After the welding is completed, the workpieces in the welding station are transported away by the robot, and the rotary table is then rotated. Carry out the next working cycle.
