6) Conducive to environmental protection
Because the accumulation chain is driven by a chain, the chain produces iron dust during the transmission process with the sprocket and the train group, which pollutes the workshop environment and affects the product quality. The friction wheel of the friction line is made of polyurethane rubber. During operation, no iron dust and noise will be generated when driving between the friction wheel and the friction rod of the train set, and will not pollute the production environment, which is conducive to environmental protection.
Because of the chainless structure, no oil lubrication is required, and the conveyed goods are above the train group, so it will not cause pollution to the workshop and conveyed goods, which is beneficial to improve product quality. The accumulation chain is transported by chain, and the chain needs to be lubricated. Oil droplets and dust generated by wear between the chain, carriage, trolley and track will fall down, thereby polluting the workshop environment and conveying goods, which is not conducive to the improvement of product quality.
7) Installability of equipment
The equipment is installed on the platform, which is convenient and quick to install, which can improve the quality of equipment installation and ensure the safety of installers.
The high-altitude operation of the product and release chain is difficult to install, and the equipment installation period is long, which is not conducive to the improvement of the quality of equipment installation. At the same time, the requirements for safety personnel protection are high, and there is a certain danger.

The production line has good flexibility. When the equipment needs to be modified and adjusted, it can be easily carried out, and the impact on the existing equipment is small. When the new and old equipment are docked, the production line shutdown time is short.
The production line of the product release chain is poor in flexibility, and the work is more complicated when it needs to be transformed, which has a great impact on the original production line and takes a long time to stop production
9) Maintainability
The maintenance of the equipment is convenient, the safety of the maintenance personnel is guaranteed, and the troubleshooting time is short. Even if there is a problem with a certain driver, it will not affect the operation of other line segments, and will not cause the entire line to stop running. It is also possible to manually push the cart through the fault point while maintaining it, so as not to affect production.
The maintenance of product chain equipment needs to be carried out at high altitude, which has poor safety, small working space and difficult operation. When a drive fails or a chain is stuck at a certain point, the entire line will stop running, and it will take a relatively long time to temporarily deal with the production and solve the fault without manual carts.
Since each drive has a detection point, the PLC can accurately determine the location of the fault point when a fault occurs, thereby reducing the troubleshooting time.
Due to the small number of detection points in the product and release chain, when a fault occurs, it sometimes takes a long time to determine the fault point, especially when the chain is stuck, it needs to be checked section by section along the line.
The mechanical structure of the equipment is relatively simple, and the failure rate is lower than that of ordinary conveying equipment.
10) Investment cost
As far as the conveying equipment is concerned, the investment of the friction type is relatively high. If the plant, steel structure and other investment factors are considered, the overall investment will be similar to that of the accumulation chain.
