Conveyor layout

"U" shape layout

(2) There is a large space on the side of the assembly line that can be used effectively, and it is reserved in the supporting parts area and the assembly production area. Process allocation is more flexible and production is more balanced. (3) The labor force of employees is effectively utilized to reduce unnecessary waste of walking. (4) It is convenient for information communication between employees, managers, technical personnel and other related production support personnel. The disadvantage is that the layout takes up more ground and air area.
"L" shape layout
The "L"-shaped layout not only ensures the convenient logistics conditions of the assembly workshop, but also takes into account the layout of the logistics turnover warehouse.
"T" layout
The "T" Yu area is the production and assembly area, and the logistics area is on the two wings of the T Yu area, and the sub-assembly line is also in the logistics area and perpendicular to the main line, which ensures short logistics transportation distance and high efficiency, and satisfies the requirements of the production line. If there is a production demand and there is an unloading area outside the logistics area, it can be transported with the outside of the logistics area. The disadvantage is that it is restricted by the environment, and it is necessary to ensure sufficient floor space for the production line.
