The disadvantages are high noise, high energy consumption, slow line speed, low space utilization and poor flexibility.

(2) Components of production line conveying equipment - friction line

The friction line realizes the assembly line system of workpiece conveying through the friction between the bearing medium and the power device. It has a variety of forms, mainly including: air friction, ground friction and skateboard lines, and is mainly composed of spreaders, driving devices, spreaders, anti-skid chains and turnouts. The advantages of the friction line are good running stability, easy maintenance, low noise and good flexibility, but the disadvantage is high cost.
