Under the control of the monitoring computer, the system automatically realizes battery formation, charge and discharge engineering management, battery type, sorting management and data management; after the system accepts programming instructions, it automatically realizes the start of receiving batteries from the entrance of the logistics line to the completion The grades are sorted and stored, and the entire management process is based on the pallet Bar Code.
4. The battery test and turnover use the tray as the carrier. During the test, the battery tray enters the corresponding test unit, and the test is carried out according to the set conditions. After the test is completed, the relevant test result data (capacity, voltage, internal resistance, etc.) is uploaded to the database.

The trays loaded with batteries automatically carry out aging, charging/discharging, IR/OCV testing, DCIR testing and other engineering tasks such as automatic handling and testing according to the set projects. 6. The charging and discharging equipment of the system can adopt the PWM energy-saving control mode, which has the function of energy recovery, and the battery discharge energy is fed back to the grid.
