-- Our warranty time is 12 months ,starts from the issue date of bill of lading.

Q3. What after-sales service we can supply?
-- Service: we provide technician support to analyze and find out the mechanical fault by video call. Once we find out the problem parts, we will send out a replacement within 3 days.
Q4. Which part we do not supply after-sales service?
-- Spare parts are not under warranty scope. ( Refer to the spare part list ) Artificial damage is not under warranty scope(for example, broke the monitor of touch screen, Lightning damage)
Q5. What fee that customer should afford?
-- Client afford the Courier fee of parts.Oversea service is available but clients afford the tickets ,visa and accommodation.
