Automatic 8 heads Rotary Bottle Rotary Capping Machine For Laundry Detergent Cleaner

The STRPACK Rotary Bottle Capper Equipment are versatile rotary capping systems designed to complement high speed rotary bottling equipment. These flexible rotary cappers continuously sort, apply, and torque caps to a variety of different container sizes and shapes. The STRPACK Rotary Bottle Capper comes standard with mechanical friction clutches to ensure that accurate and uniform torque values are applied to each container for optimal closure results. They can be easily integrated into existing packaging lines or tailored for your new project specs.

The STRPACK Rotary Bottle Capper are available in two model sizes, the XC-8 and the XG-12, with operational speeds up to 80 CPM and 150 CPM respectively. (Higher speeds possible depending on container and cap characteristics.) Each STRPACK Rotary Bottle Capper can accommodate a range of container and cap sizes with minimal change parts. This makes them the perfect capper for customers or contract packagers who plan to run multiple products on a single bottling line. All cappers have color touch screen displays featuring a full management interface for complete efficiency control. Up to 99 job recipes can be saved making changeover from one project to another smooth and simple.

For semi automatice machine, we all have stock. Can ship within 7 working days. For automatic machine, all have no stock. Automatic machines are customized made according to bottles and caps. It need place the order, then manufacture.

2---How long time to make?
For single machine, it takes from 10~30 working days. For whole filling line, it takes from 40~60 working days.

3---Ship from which port?
If by air, it is from Shanghai International Airport. If by sea, it is from Shanghai or Ningbo. Other seaport of China is also accepted.
4---The payment?
By TT. 50% in advance as downpayment , 50% balance before shipping.
