Purpose and function


This product is designed for cosmetic powders and is suitable for the processing and manufacturing of powders, such as pressed powder, eye shadow, and blush.
1. Automatic powder feeding device, adjustable 1~3 powder feeding times.
2. The molding cylinder adopts a bottom-up pressing method to match the change of oil pressure, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional powder presses and can produce high-quality pressed powder products.
3. The upper, middle and lower molds are all fixed on the machine table. One style can be produced with only one mold, and it is easy to install the mold.
4. The amount of powder can be adjusted at any time, no need to modify the thickness of the aluminum pan mold.
5. Ventilation and dust collection device, low pollution and low noise.
6. Finished product automatic ejection device.
