Overview:

It is widely used for various kinds of liquid packing.such as :pure water,milk, soya-milk,peanut milk,juice,drinks ,ice-bag drinks,soysauce,vinegar,yellow rice wine,beancurd and etc.This filling capping machine can be used for stand up spout pouch package products such as honey,jelly, jam, beverage, toothpaste, soy products, edible oil, seasoning, juice, and chemical washing liquid. The filling machine automatically supplys pouches, vacuums, fills, fills the nitrogen, cleans the pouch mouth, blows the air, adds covers , rotates the cover, detects products, counts, product output, controls the liquid level, no pouch not filling,automatic alarm and stop without cover.The capacity can be adjusted by touch screen.The whole operation is fully automatic control.It can be added the cover lift according to customer needs.

Features:

1. With locating mark sensor, can always seal the tubes at the same fixed position precisely;
2. Bucket with stirrer, heating or jacketed layers; (Optional)
3. PLC and touch screen operate system, easy to operate;
4. With graduator, ensure the rotary plate with the 8 tubes can turn a precise same angle or circular distance each time;
5. With embossing codes, can make date or batch codes on each tube; (Optional)
6.(Optional) With circulating water cooling system, can cool down the tails of the tubes after sealing, assure the tails sealed firmly and beautiful.
7. With trim cutting device, can trim cut the sealing edge automatically.
