The equipment uses special rotating valve to control material-feeding and measurement, especially suits for the filling of high-viscosity material(e.g.crude oil, asphalt, paint,emulsion etc.)Suitable for filling various kinds of highly viscous fluid in the industries of pharmaceutics, daily chemicals, foodstuffs, cosmetics, pesticide and special trades. With no need for power supply, the machine is safe and with the personalized design, can meet the modern enterprises requirements.

3. This filling machine has two functions, not only could fill the high viscosity prduce, such as oil, cream and water etc, but also could fill the product like shampoo, body wash etc.

4. Through adjusting the digital display control panel to set the filling time and the interval time so that control the filling volume.

5. Manual finishing the bottle loading, when pass the interval time, filling head automatic fill.

6. This machine adopts imported parts, piston and cylinder which is made of stainless steel and polytetrafluoroethylene. Excellent qualified imported components and perfect mechanical design ensure its leading position among domestic similar machine.
