How about Training,Installation and Debugging?

We offer machines training system, the customer can choose training in our factory or in customer workshop.The normal trainig days are 1-2 days.

If machine is out of waranty year, What can we do if any parts broken?

We offer machine all life service, if any spare parts were broken after one year , the customers can buy the spare parts in local market or buy from suppliers, we can send spare parts to customers in 24 hours. And all of our machine components parts are original from world famouse brand, it is easy to find in the local.

What is your warranty?
The sold machine will be guarantee in one year, in the guarantee year, any spare parts broken due to supplier’s quality issue the spare parts will be supplied free for customer, customer need to pay the freight cost if the parcel weight more than 500gram.The easy wearing out spare parts are not in the warranty terms.
