Touch Screen: English and Chinese screen display. Intelligent system controls the adjustment of the machine parameters. Machine works by the piece. Parameters adjustment is more convenient.

Multi-head Weigher: With powerful digital automatic counting function. High precision data-type weighing sensor realizes precise weighing. With instantaneous reaching of correct calculating by high precision sensor.

Supporting Platform: The platform is about 4 square meters and with rail and stairs. The material can be stainless steel or carbon steel.

Finished Product Conveyor: This machine adopts imported miniature motor and featured with low noise, long life. It can transport finished food to platform, reducing waste and letting machine run more smoothly.

Main Function

* Easy to operate: PLC and color panel, fault indication on the panel.

* Easy to adjust: Adjust all clamps through one hand wheel, only needs one step; it is fast and precise, suitable for packing different bag and change packing bag frequently.

* Frequency control: speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion within the range.

* An outer-built film allocation structure has been adopted, leading to a simpler and easier installation of packing film.

* Deflection adjustment of packing bag could be implemented on the touch screen, which is easy to operate.

* A closed structure has been adopted in the whole set, effectively preventing powder and dirt from entering the inside of the machine.
