Structural Composition
- Conveyor Belt: It is usually made of PVC or PU of more than 3mm, with the characteristics of abrasion, oil, acid and alkali resistance, and commonly used rubber belts, which is suitable for the working environment of -15℃-40℃, and the temperature of the material is not more than 50℃.
- Driving device: there are mainly mechanical driving device and hydraulic driving device, through the electric motor, reducer, transmission roller, etc., to provide power for the belt line, so that the conveyor belt running.
- Roller set: including groove roller, flat roller, centering roller and buffer roller, used to support the conveyor belt and the material conveyed, reduce the running resistance of the conveyor belt and prevent deflection.
- Tensioning device: common spiral tensioning device, hammer tensioning device, car-type tensioning device, the role is to make the conveyor belt to achieve the necessary tension, to avoid slipping on the drive roller.
Working Principle
Relying on the driving device to provide power to drive the drive roller to rotate, the conveyor belt movement through friction, so as to realize the material transmission on the conveyor belt, according to the load and power grid, through the speed control device to adjust the operating speed to adapt to different conveying needs.
