Description

XC-3020G pattern sewing machine is suitable for automatically sewing medium heavy duty such as shoes, caps, etc., massively improve the efficiency and reduce labour cost. By applying our technology, factories are available to improve production quality and efficiency at the same time.

Appilication:
With two straight needles, self-lubricated vertical axis rotary hook and sliding thread take up, the machine can produce two lines lock stitch. Needle Bar and feed dog synchronize feeding ensures homogeneous stitch and prevents materials slipping. Knob type stitch regulator and lever type reverse feeding mechanism permit convenient operation. The arm shaft and hook are supported by ball bearing. With timing belt drive and plunger pump for lubrication.
Applicable to stitching car seat cushions, safety belts, safety air bags, tents,parachutes,etc.
