Brief introduction

The machine is divided into 4 parts:bottle washing, pulp filling, juice filling, capping.

Bottle washing - The clamps hold the bottle neck and turn bottles along the guide rail.

Pulp filling - Clean bottles enter the pulp filling position. The empty bottles will be rised to start to filling

along the rail.

Juice filling - After pulp filling, the bottles enter the juice filling position. Then the grippers hold the bottle

neck and start to fill juice.

Capping - When bottles enter capping position the sensor will send the signal and the caps will be fed by

air cylinder. The capping process will begin.

When tank liquid level is low, the liquid input valve will open and start to input liquid automatically.

The machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen. The machine can be operated and inspected by one

operator. SUS304/316 structure with good surface treatment is anti-corrosion and easy to clean. Igus

sleeve in the machine can make sure the longer self-life and reduce the maintenance cost.

Characteristics

1. using the wind to send directly with bottle feeding thumbwheel connection technology, cancelled the

bottle feeding screw and conveyor chain,Simple bottle type change easily.

2. bottle transfer all adopt the card bottle technology, transform bottle type does not need to adjust

equipment, only need to replace the arc guide plate, associated with the bottle diameter thumbwheel

nylon pieces, etc.

3. the special design of bottle machine, bottle clamp sturdy, high efficiency and flushing effect is good

4. high speed flow gravity filling valve, filling speed, liquid level accurately without fluid loss.

5. the bottle thumbwheel bottle cork base plate adopts spiral method, highly bottle type do not need to

adjust the bottle conveying chain.
