Machine

1. 2-in-1 glass bottle filling machine

Features:

1. It Is used in hot filling and sealing of milk,green tea, black tea, and fruit juice. The machine integrates

filling, capping together. The design is scientific and reasonable. With the advantages of scientific and

reasonable design, beautiful appearance, convenient operation and maintenance, and high degree of

automation, it is the first choice for hot-filling drink.

2. It is designed bottleneck suspension type and applies the lift technology of filling valve, which meets the

need of hot filling technology below 95°C. It adopts human-machine touch screen control, PLC

computerized control, transducer control and other advanced technology.

3. All the parts of 2 in1 juice filling machine contacting with material are made from SUS304 stainless

steel. The primary electric components and pneumatic components introduce international famous

products, such as Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron and so on.

4. The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it

can control the material from the bottleneck, the control accuracy is within ±2mm.

5. The filling valve material is SUS304

6. The filling system has liquid level automatic control.

7. Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck ,it start to fill.

8. Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.

9. The juice or other hot beverage can be backflow by return tank to control filling temperature.
