What is the purpose of our filling machine?

The machine is used for producing drinking water in PET bottle, like pure water, mineral water, natural water and so on.

Adopting hanging-neck technology, it can transfer the plastic bottle more stably and fast.

One machine can finish washing bottle, filling and capping three processes, sanitary and high-efficiency.

High-quality filling valve guarantee the filling level precision.

Machine is controlled by PLC automatically, all the electrical element are world famous brand, making sure the machine work stable.

Washing Part: The bottle washing section is mainly composed of turn- up guide-bar ,opening clippers cam, water distributing plate ,clippers and others .Its function is washing bottles inside
Filling Part: In this machine of infuse and filling valve for tiny take press the pressure type to filling ,the speed is quick ,the accuracy is high and thus guarantees to the filling quantity.
Capping Part: The cap screwing machine is composed of frame ,slide way, cap screwing device, transmission and others.The transmission of the cap screwing machine is drive to the gear by the reduce ,the power is transferred to the cap screwing head through the hollow main axle.
