Description

330ml 500ml bottle washing machine and manual washing machine and

automatic washing machine for bottle rinser

Application:

1. This glass bottle washing machine is most commonly used and high efficient washing machine for cleaning recycled bottles at present in China , it is simple operation, easy maintenance, economical and practical.
2. Adopt high temperature hot alkaline soaking and clean with a strong high-pressure brush associated and then through backwash and drain technology, effectively solve recycled dirty reusable bottles cleaning problems.
3. The equipment needs to be done by a combination of three machines according to the technological process , the entire process is automatic.
Working procedure
Bottle entering →soaking→outer brusing→inner brushing→cleaning water spraying and washing →drying→bottles come out
Note:the temperature of hot water containing soda: 50-55℃, concentration of water containing soda is about 2.5%
