Feature:

1. This bottle washing machine is most commonly used and high efficient washing machine for cleaning recycled bottles at present in China .according to the technological process , the entire process is automatic. The specific washing process is .coming into soaking machine, dial wheel interval pushed 10 bottles into the machine to soak, soaking machine.alkaline water by soaking machine,soaking time is about 10 minutes, the bottles is soaked changes in the different temperature , this process can remove bottle label paper and precipitation dirt in the bottle ,the bottles.

the bottle washing procedure:

Bottle entering →soaking→outer brusing→inner brushing→cleaning water spraying and washing →drying→

bottles come out

Note:the temperature of hot water containing soda: 50-55℃,

concentration of water containing soda is about 2.5%
