our machine is a device developed exclusively by our engineers designed and absorbing domestic and international (still) pop can filling and seaming machine (sealing machines).


It adopts the normal pressure filling principle.

The machine adopts PLC, frequency converter, human machine interface controlling system, having the advanced controlling technologies, such as frequency control, no can no filling and so on. The accurate production rate and quantity will be displayed on touch-screen via the kinds of sensors on the machine. Moreover, the production rate can be set on the touch screen. The main motor and other electrical equipments are all in protection state. Meanwhile all of the malfunctions can be found out easily, because they will be displayed on the touch screen. The main electric and pneumatic components of the machine are famous imported brands, and it also can be disposed according to client’s requirements.
The machine has such prominent features as high filling speed, consistent height from the liquid level in the can to the can mouth after filling, stable machine operation, good sealing quality, beautiful and decent appearance, convenient use and maintenance, etc

Innovative technology
The electro pneumatically-controlled filling valves work very reliably and thanks to the inductive flow meter, the fill quantity can be determined up to the point. Pressing-on and pressurisation of the cans is performed via a double-acting cylinder and a differential pressure chamber.

Easy to clean
An inclined table top and manually inserted CIP cups ensure easy machine cleaning.

Compact design
The product is fed to the machine via laterally-positioned buffer tanks and the valve manifold and control cabinet are right next to the filler. This way, the Craft mate requires only very little space in the bottling hall.

Low transport costs
Of course, these compact dimensions have plus factors when it comes to the transport: Since the entire machine can be placed in one sea freight container, the costs for shipment are accordingly low
