Application:
This machine is suitable for producing 5 litres of drinking water. The machine integrates washing, filling and capping into one monoblock. It has small floor area, stable operation and easy operation and maintenance.
The straight line 3-10 liter potable water filling machine produced by HIGEE has the following advantages:
1. The chuck is made of a bottle cylinder instead of a mechanical bottle holder;
2., Gravity filling principle, rather than pump type, effectively prevent the splash of filling liquid material;
3., First storage bottle, then spin cap and anti bottle bottle back structure design, to ensure the smooth operation of the machine.
4. The worktable is fully closed to prevent the liquid from dropping into the bottom of the machine and to protect the pump and motor at the bottom.

1. with bottle neck clipping transmission structure, the bottle conveyance is stable; very convenient and swift to use different bottles for filling in the same machine by adjusting the height of conveyor and several exchanging parts.
2. The filling principle of electronic flowmeter, accurate filling, more for small capacity filling,is suitable for filling 4.5-10L bottles, very economic and practical
3. With spring type washing clipper, empty bottles are turned 180°along the guiding roll for inside rinsing; the washing nozzle adopts plum blossom shape multiple holes to rinse the bottle bottom, washing efficiency is high.
4. Capping machine adopts France technology, the capping is by magnet torque; the cap catching adopts twice catching to ensure the veracity.The capping force is adjustable, constant torque capping will not damage caps and the cap is good sealed and reliable.
5. rotating type cap unscrambler adopts air unscrambling, with functions of cap surface damage-resistance, alarm if lack of cap, auto cap feeding etc.
6.The whole machine is operated by touch screen, controled by PLC and frequency convertor etc., with functions of no bottle no cap feeding, waiting when lack of bottles, stopping if bottle is blocked or no cap in cap guiding pipe
