Application :

3-in-1 filling monoblock, combined with rinsing, filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of non carbonated soda water, on the basis of introducing, digesting and absorbing advanced technology from Germany and Italy.

Feature :

1. This series equipment is used in producing all kinds of soda drink contained with polyester bottle. Washing, filling, sealing can be carried out on the same machine. 2. The advanced technology from Germany and Italy are employed. The speed of filling is fast and the liquid amount is controlled accurately. The filling device can be stopped automatically when there is no bottle or bottles are damaged. The advanced auto-washing technology is used in the system.

3. Pneumatic value and damped gears are used for bottle conveying, the noise is low and the whole machine runs smoothly.

4. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted without steps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed. The caps can’t be damaged, the capping is reliable.

5. Horizon swirl air power caps sorting device is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps, and when there is a shortage of caps in the caps storage tank, an alarm signal will be generated and the caps will be fed automatically.

6. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the interface between human and machine. The amount of the soda water in the soda water tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are cramped wrongly or caps are not available, the machine can be stopped automatically.

We response for one year warranty for the machine, however, it without any human conduct. And provide one-year free spare part for client. And send engineer to client’s company with client’s provision for flight charge and accommodation. Help install the machine, teaching their staff operate the machine and also, we do have a private school which help our client sending their staff to china, help them training.

1. Installation & adjustment

After the equipment are arrived at the customer’s site, the customer is responsible for unpacking and arranging the equipment according to the placement drawing; and does under our install-adjust technicians’ guidance. Costs of the staff are decided at last.

Training

We are responsible for offering the technical training to user. The training content includes the structure and maintenance of the equipment, control and operation of the equipment. Through training, users' technical staff can grasp and the skill of operation and maintenance proficiently, and deal with the general troubles in time. We will appoint qualified technical staff for the guidance.
