(stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview
The production line is suitable for back-end-of-line packaging including bottle unscrambling, bottle washing, filling, stoppling, cap turning, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing of sterile eye drop bottles in the pharmaceutical industry. It is an aseptic filling production line, fully conforming to GMP requirements. It is also applicable to the packaging of other types of botttes with inner stopples or other special design requirements. It has reached the advanced level and can replace similar imported products.
Performance features
1. The bottle washing machine adopts mechanical hands to clamp the bottles, suitable for vials of various specifications.
2. The water-gas spray needles adopt the reciprocating tracking insertion mode for bottle washing, featured by good washing effectand energy saving. It is also provided with a device that prevents the needle holder from shaking to enhance the accuracy of the sprayneedle' s insertion into the bottle and reduce the occurrence of needle breakage.
3. The water and gas pipes are totally separable from the spray needles, so that cross contamination is avoided and GMPrequirements are met.
4. The buffer block is installed before the bottle discharging screw of the bottle washing machine to protect the screw and reducebottle breakage.
5. Bottle discharging is realized by the integral imported synchronous belt that is connected to the bottle pushing block and conveysampoules with stable and reliable running.
6. The oven adopts hot air circulation heating with even temperature and energy saving.
7. The oven can be equipped with the circulation water cooling device that does not consume wind volume in the room, reduces therisk of unbalanced differential pressure in the room and achieves good cooling effect.
8. The oven can be equipped with the differential pressure automatic balancing and regulating system to reduce the problems Odeviation at the high temperature section caused by unbalanced differential pressure in the room and oven, temperature rise in thefiling room, washing and drying room, etc.
9. The oven is provided with DOP inspection ports (including inspection ports for wind pressure, wind speed and dust particles).- The cooling section in the oven is provided with the sterilization function (specially chosen by FDA).
10. The oven mesh belt can be equipped with the ultrasonic and CIP cleaning systems.
11. The oven cavity can be subject to all-round, multi- -angle high pressure water washing.
12. The filling machine adopts the world's most advanced design concept, featured by high speed, accurate fillng and convenientreplacement of parts.
13. The filing machine adopts the AC servo motor to drive the filing screw to turn with accurate filing volume.
14. The adjustment of filig volume of the filing machine can be realized through the touch screen.
15. The filing machine can be equipped with the 100-grade circulation laminar flow hood.
16. The flling machine is provided with the functions of no filing in case of no bottle and no stoppling in case of no bottle.
