(stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview

This filling production line is a new product, consist of GF turntable, AGF8/12/1 6/20 gravity liquid filler, XG/6 linear capper FL induction sealer, LT adhesive labeler. Auto finish bottle orienting time gravity filing, spindle torque capping, induction sealing and labeling. It often use in pesticide and chemical industry. The filler combine with man-machine English-Chinese interface, intelligent contact screen, human design, program logic controller, accurate liquid level senor together. Automatically supply liquid, ordinary pressure flow passage parameter. Contact parts SS316L and PE/PTFE to suit to various corrosive liquid, compared with the domes-tic and foreign similar products, the functionality superiority is more obvious in filing the corrosive liquid, fully meet to the requirement of GMP.
