The production line is suitable for packaging production of liquids of different viscosities such as syrup, oral liquids, medicinal wine and health products in such industries as medicine, food, health products, etc. It can automatically complete such procedures as bottle unscrambling, bottle washing, drying and sterilizing, filling, capping and sealing, lamp inspection, labeling, middle carton packaging, case packing and palletizing. It has reached the advanced level and can replace similar imported products.

-The whole line adopts imported PLC control with variable frequency speed control, full automation and man-machine interface operation.

-The whole line adopts automatic protection for adjacent machines. Remote equipment management and service can be realized through man-machine interaction, so as to achieve intelligent-based and information-based production.

-The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements, with convenient cleaning, sterilization and maintenance and high operational security. It can be equipped with CIP/SIP system.

-No matter what filling principle is adopted, the filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface conveniently and quickly, featured by high filling accuracy, no bubbles and good safety and reliability.

-The capping is safe and reliable with adjustable torque. Servo driving is adopted in special applications and the torque is adjustable.

-Filling and capping can be integrated into one machine, or can be made separately.

-The whole line is suitable for various specifications of bottles and adjustments can be completed conveniently within a short time.

-The back-end-of-line packaging line is stable and reliable, with few operators and full automation.
