Overview
The far infrared tunnel sterilization oven is mainly used for drying and sterilizing antibiotic bottles, oral liquid bottles and other glass bottles in such industries as medicine, health products, etc.
Main Features
-The bottle is dried and sterilized by using the heat radiated by white quartz heating tubes.
-The equipment includes three areas: preheating zone, heating and sterilizing zone, and cooling zone with such mechanisms as conveying mechanism, exhausting mechanism and electrical control mechanism.
-Preheating zone: It is equipped with fan with adjustable air volume. Positive pressure is formed in the preheating zone. It is also provided with 100-grade laminar flow equipment to prevent particles in the air from entering the heating zone.
-Heating and sterilizing area: It consists of heating incubator, and upper and lower rows of white quartz
heating tubes. It is provided with dehumidifying air outlets and automatic humidity control device with uniform temperature.
-Cooling zone: It is equipped with cooling fan. The bottle after drying and sterilizing enters the cooling zone and is air-cooled. The air volume can be adjusted. Positive pressure is formed in the cooling zone. It is also provided with 100-grade laminar flow equipment to prevent particles in the air from entering the heating zone.
-Conveying mechanism: It adopts stainless steel chain-driven type mesh without any deviation. Stable running, variable frequency speed control.
-Exhausting mechanism: It is provided with exhaust fan and exhaust air duct. The exhaust air volume can be adjusted to ensure uniform air pressure throughout the oven tunnel.
-Electrical PLC control system: All fans of the whole machine adopt variable frequency speed control and touch screen operation interface. Automatic temperature rise. It can realize fully automatic control when connected with other equipment.
