Founded in 2003, Jiangsu Winlong Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. (stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview

The production line is a filling production line for syrup, oral liquids, tincture, washing liquids, external use liquids and other liquids in such industries as medicine, food, health products, etc., fully conforming to the new version GMP requirements. The whole line can automatically complete such procedures as bottle unscrambling, bottle air washing, filling, cap turning, aluminum foil induction sealing, labeling, cartoning, case packing and palletizing. Taking small floor space, the production line has such features as high production efficiency, stable running and good economical efficiency and practicability.

-The whole line adopts imported PLC control with variable frequency speed control, full automation and HMI operation.

-The whole line adopts automatic protection for adjacent machines. Remote equipment management and service can be realized through man-machine interaction, so as to achieve intelligent and informational operation.

-The whole line is designed according to GMP requirements, with convenient cleaning, sterilization and maintenance and high operational security. It can b© ©quipped with CIP/SIP system.

-No matter what filling principle is adopted, the filling volume is adjusted on the man-machine interface conveniently and quickly, featured by high filling accuracy, no bubbles and good safety and reliability.

The cap turning is safe and reliable with adjustable torque. Servo driving is adopted in special applications and the torque is adjustable.

-Filling and cap turning can be integrated into one machine, or can be made separately
