Founded in 2003, Jiangsu Winlong Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. (stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview

This production line is mainly used for filling oral liquid, syrup,tincture, liquior,health care products in pharmaceutical,food stuff, agrochemical,fully conforming to GMP regulations. The complete production line consists of bottle unscrambling, washing, drying and sterilizing, volumetric filling, cap screwing(sealing), ligh inspection, labeling.

Features

-Bottles are in-fed to washing machine, with twice water flushing and one air flushing in turn, optional ultrasonic system to wash bottles in the beginning.

-Use far infrared radiant heating technology, tunnel separate three area, pre-heater area, high temperature sterilizing area, cooling area.

-High speed rotary monobloc of filling and capping, continuously bottle movind make machine running smoothly and stably, increase production speed, low space occupied.

-Whole line is controlled by PLC, adjustable speed by inverter, interlock intelligence while bottles are back up downstream or empty load upstream, high degree automation.

-The whole machine meets the requriements of GMP, leading technology product in domestic.
