Founded in 2003, Jiangsu Winlong Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. (stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview

This produciton line is mainly used in the automatic packaging production of nutrient solution, oil emulsion, coating agent and other liquids of special bottles with inner stopper, dropper, brush head, etc. The whole line includes bottle unscrambling, bottle washing, filling, stoppling, capping, labeling, packaging and other equipment. Personalized customization, wide range of application.

Performance Features
-Touch screen operation platform, PLC control, main frame variable frequency speed adjustable control.

-The whole line is designed according to the specification requirements, with stable and reliable operation and a few operators.

-Nitrogen filling protection can be optional before and after filling. The filling volume can be adjusted by man-machine interface and driven by servo motor.

-Optional air rinsing function.

-If there is no bottle, no filling operation, the stoppling manipulator will not work.

-If there is no stopper, no external lip capping operation. No stopper and no lids protection.

-Optional servo driven capping head, capping work position is designed with bottle clamping device and cap jacking device,and the torque is adjustable.

-Stop the machine when there is no bottle and start automatically when there is bottle.

-Automatic protection of front and rear machines of the whole line, high automation, remote maintenance can be realized.
