(stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

This production line is applied for filling syrup, oral liquid, tincture, lotion, agrochemical, solvent etc. in the field of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, agrochemeical, chemical, fully meet the GMP regulation. Full complete line accomplish automatic unsrambling, air rinsing, piston pump filling, screw capping, induction sealing, labeling. Whole line covers an small area, running stably, and economic and practical.

-Adopt automatic unscramble bottle,instead of handworking,saving labor.

-Purified air is used to rinse bottles, ensuring clean bottles.It is also equipped with the electrostatic eliminating high ion wind device.

-Adopt volumetric piston pump to fill high precision,fit to light liquid and medium viscosity product, pump is easily taken down,convenient to clean and sterilize.

-The sealing of piston pump is made of different kinds of material,such as silicone,Teflon etc, optional ceramic pump in special use.

-PLC control system,frequency conversion adjustable speed.

-Filling amount of all pumps are major adjusted in one time, minor adjustment for each pump.Easy and quick operate.

-Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage.Top bottom fill,mostly reduce foam.

-Adjustable system to fit to various kinds of container without interchange part.
