With very high precision and advanced conveyor tracking performance, the picking and placing accuracy is excellent, whether the operation is carried out at a fixed position or during movement. It is equipped with a full set of auxiliary devices (from the integrated air and signal system to the gripper), and can also use packaging software. The mechanical integration is simple, and the programming is very convenient. With advanced 4-axis design, the high-speed robot with 3.15m arrival distance and 250kg payload is ideal for case packing and stacking of materials packaged in bags, boxes, crates, bottles and etc. It is suitable for harsh environments with protection grade of IP67. The versatility, arrival distance and load-bearing capacity of the robot can meet the requirements of almost all stacking applications.

The case packing robot is an ideal choice for applications that need to move objects from one place to another (one at a time) quickly and accurately. In addition, the system is extremely accurate, and the robot only selects intact objects and ignores defective objects (such as cookies, chocolates, pills, etc.). The structure is very simple and consists of only a few components, which is why it has a longer running time than that of a hard automation solution. The mean time between failures (MTBF) is 135,000 hours. Compared with other robots of its kind, it has high operation speed and is specially designed for quick picking and placing. It can perform 150 picking actions every minute with a corresponding cycle time of 0.4 second. The maximum acceleration is 109. The robot has a working cycle of up to 180 cycles per minute. The payload of the picker is up to 2kg, and the IRB340 robot can be supplied in stainless steel for operations with extremely high requirements for environmental cleanliness.
