(stock code:836556), formerly known as Jiangsu Winlong Filling Machinery Co.( Ltd., is located in Jintan District, Changzhou City, Yangtze River Delta Economic Development Zone. Mainly engaged in providing overall solutions for smart workshops in pharmaceutical, biological, health product and daily chemical industries and manufacturing, selling, importing and exporting other packaging machinery products, it is a high-tech enterprise and a member unit of China Association for Pharmaceutical Equipment.

Overview

This production line is applied for filling syrup,oral liquid, tincture,lotion,agrochemical, solvent etc. in the field of pharmaceutical, foodstuff,agrochemical,chemical,fully conforming to GMP regulation. Full complete line accomplish automatic unscrambling, air rinsing,piston pump filling, screw capping,induction sealing,labeling. Whole line covers an small area, running stably,and economic and practical.

-SSP Convey In-feed Table(or LP50/1000 Automatic Bottle Unscrambler)

-QX-18 Plastic Bottle Air Rinser

-YG18/12 Rotary Filling and Capping Machine(or YG24/18)

-FL Induction Sealing Machine

-LT Automatic Adhesive Labeling Machine

Features

-Adopt conveyor in-feed table, save labor,high efficient.

-Rinsing bottle by purified air, ensure the cleaniness, and with the Electrostatic eleminating high ion wind device.

-Volumetric piston pump to fill high precision,fit to light liquid and medium viscosity product, pump is easily taken down,convenient to clean and sterilize.

-The sealing of piston pump is made of different kinds of material,such as silicone,Teflon etc, optional ceramic pump in special use.

-PLC control system,frequency conversion adjustable speed.

-Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage.Top bottom fill,mostly reduce foam.

-Rotary filling advantage: small floor space, continuous running, higher efficiency.

-The whole machine is designed and produced accordance with GMP regulation.
