It is composed of label feeding mechanism, labeling mechanism and electrical system. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel,and aluminum alloy material, electrical system all use well-known brands, to ensure the durability of the whole machine.

Performance Features

-The whole machine adopts imported servo control system to make it run stably at a high speed. Advanced user-friendly touch type man-machine interface, simple and visual operation, complete functions, with rich online help function.

-The imported electrical components of world-renowned brands are used to ensure stability and reliability of the whole machine.

-The universal bottle distribution device and double-side chain aligning device ensure the centering of materials. The special elastic ejecting device ensures material stability. There is no need to change the parts for bottles of any diameter and the positioning is quickly adjusted.

-One machine can complete automatic side labeling of three types of bottles (round bottles, flat bottles, square bottles).

-Automatic synchronous tracking of conveying, aligning, pressing and labeling speed, making adjustments quicker and easier.

-Automatic sensor detection, provided with such functions as no labeling in case of no material, automatic stopping or alarming in case of no label, label missing or broken label, so as to avoid missed labeling and waste.

-Optional configuration (ribbon coding) online printing of production date and lot number, reducing bottle packaging procedures and improving production efficiency.

-It adopts special label smoothing device, ensuring flat, firm and wrinkle-free labeling and greatly improving the packaging quality.

-The front or rear section can be connected to the production line, and it can also be equipped with a material receiving rotary table to facilitate the collection, arranging and packaging of finished products.

-Operation process:product placing (can be connected to the production line)→ product conveying (automatic realization of equipment) → product spacing→ product inspection→ labeling → collection of labeled products.
