All actions during filling, such as bottle feeding, filling and bottle-out, are automatically tracked, detected and controlled by the photoelectric probe to achieve no bottle filling. To change the bottle type, you only need to adjust the distance between the conveyor belt guardrail, the bottle stopper plate and the filling head. It is simple and convenient, and it can be used in one machine.

The number of filling heads can be designed according to the needs of production, so that the equipment does not increase the speed and the movement is too fast to cause the juice to overflow. The filling part adopts submerged filling, and the filling amount is controlled by a plurality of metering pumps respectively. The metering pump can adjust the capacity according to the filling requirements of the customer, and the metering is accurate, the filling is stable, and the speed is fast, and is suitable for mass production.

When the bottle enters the filling position by the conveyor belt, the photoelectric probe automatically counts the number of bottles, and the filling head falls to the bottom of the bottle for filling, and the filling head rises as the liquid level rises. The filling head is provided with a shut-off valve. When the filling is finished and the filling head is reset, the sucking device in the filling head sucks back the amount of the liquid, effectively solving the dripping problem. The filling head can be installed with our company's well-designed foam-eliminating device, which avoids problems such as foaming, overflowing foam, inaccurate loading and contamination of the bottle.
