Usage

This machine is suitable for folding and sealing plastic film such as OPP, CPP, PP,PE,POF before making bag,with web-guiding and ultrasonic embossing.

Features

This machine is one part of the thermal cutting machine set, with functions of automatic gluing, orgen-type bottom folding, pearly-luster film laminating, ultrasonic hobbing, automatic meter counting, winding and unwinding for materials, magnetism powder brake,epc. This is a front production line of cutting machine.

1) Unwinding and rewinding motor sychronized running, ensure material feeding stable and smooth.

2) Magnetic brake for unwinding tension control.

3) Magnetic clutch for rewinding tension control.
4) Unwinding with double photocell for automatic web-guiding.

5) With the function of bottom insert and double side-adhesive tape adding.
6) Main motor with frequency converter for speed regulation.
