We provide the classic automatic stop-cylinder screen press with max. speed up to 4,000 sheets/hour, which can compete with world famous brand like Sakurai and SPS. And the semi-automatic and 3/4 automatic flat-bed screen press are also available for short run jobs. You can also find all necessary auxilaury machines for making the screen plate in our product range.
After equipped with various dryers and cooling systems, the production line can work out multi-color screen printing, UV spot gloss varnishing,glitter coating, scatcher card printing, decal screen printing and also a few kinds of luxurious finishing effects for the printed sheets.
1. Front pick feeder: the sucker system locate in the front edge of material, avoid to scratch
the material surface when feeding. Suitable for thin paper and film such with static and easy to be scratched printing material. Even if it is multi-
printing, the surface won't be scratched.
2. Anti-static: equipped with anti-static blower in the feeder, make separate material easily and remove the static in the surface of material,
it also can be equipped in feeding and delivery
board, also can use the anti-static bar.
3. Feeding system: anti-static aluminium feeding board with electroplating (also can equip with charpie), avoid to scratch the bottom side; vacuum sucking feeding system, which reduce
the quantity of transmission wheels and avoid to scratch and save the feeding adjusting time.
4.Printing Cylinder:high precision stop cylinder mechanism, the cylinder is stopped when register, ensure the printing substrate can be sent accurately to gripper of cylinder; the stainless cylinder with vacuum suck and blow function, ensure the print ing quality as well as make the delivery smoothly.
5.Register with sensors: in front-lay and side-lay
there are equipped with sensors for register, slim
dislocation, the machine will stop automatically
and pressure release, ensure the printing precision,
reduce the ratio of spoiled products.
6.Squeegee: The up and down of squeegee is controlled by cam, which ensure the pressure
is even, spot or coat all can print accurately; the squeegee with pressure kept device, which make the printing image more clear and ink layermore
even.
7.Delivery system: ensure the printing substrate delivery without any mark during printing output and oven; the delivery board can be got down,
easy for clean screen, install and uninstall the squeegee and ink re-claim blade
8.Control: PLC control the whole machine's running, two operation system wi th touch
screen and buttons, easy to operate, improve the running reliability and stability; man-machine operation interface, check and show malfunction automatically and timely
