Description
PERFORMANCE

1. This machine can produce natural color and printed vest bag with HDPE, LDPE and biodegradable material [corn starch].

The computer programming control system and the servo motor are automatically fixed in length, and are completed in one time from feeding, sealing, cutting, punching and conveying.

2.Servo motor control system and computer control, PLC touch screen display with Panasonic photoelectric eye tracking control, intuitive and convenient operation, can produce two color printed bags at the same time.

3. The main machine adopts imported frequency converter to simulate speed regulation and automatic feeding system to make the bag making stable and accurate sealing and cutting. Automatic punching machine folding device, conveyor belt bag feeding function, easy to collect.

4.Swinging discharge system, with the design of the bottom of the bag, the bag is neat, the position of the punching is accurate.

5. The cutter adopts independent current heating, and the high-precision temperature controller automatically controls the temperature, which is convenient to operate and accurate in temperature control.

6. The whole machine uses IC electronic circuit automatic control, socket design, easy to change; and has no material, material break, block material shutdown function.
