Description

This machine is a specially-designed point-cut dual-purpose for vest & flat bags, is controlled by a computer. The step(servo) setting length system reduces the sealing-cutting dimensions errors, and the installation of photoelectric eyes track help makes the position of figure of printing bags accurately. The computer numerical control can be selected to adjust the length of bag.
The machine will automatically stop and warning if color code tracking miss the target.

PERFORMANCE
1. The whole machine adopts micro computer control and material-pulling by Stepping motor (servo can also be as an option)
2. Arbitray fixed-length, accurate and stable step photoelectric tracking stopping automatically when the label is lost, photo electric control feeding
3. Automatic counting temperature makes the sealing of bag opening firm and smooth.
4. Non-printing material can make bags in double lines by 2 rolls feeding.

d) Equipped with one photocell for printing traction and one feeding system.
e) Equipped with static-remover bar.
f) Heating of sealing bar is controlled by micro computer
g) For bottom sealed bag production
