PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Machines in this series are applicable for continuous multi color printing on rolling materials in good printing performance such as cellophane,BOPP,PET,PVC,PE,aluminum foil,and paper,broadly applied for all types of super-quality printed matters.

MAIN TECHNICAL PARAMETERS:

Feature:

1. The machine is seven motors system, auto splicing with out machine stop.

2. Computerized auto color vertical & horizontal registering system 2000E+ with video inspection.

3. Unwind and rewind with built-in dual arms dual-stations mechanism, realising auto material change.

4. Adopting variable frequency motor control for main motor, unwinder unit, rewinder unit, tracking unit.

5. Full automatic PLC program tension control system for whole machine, 4 section stable tension.

6. Shaft-less cylinder loading. Pneumatic back pressure moving doctor blade, three side adjusting and double air cylinder pressure.

7. Printing ink circulating system, inflatable type shaft draw in and draw out.

8. Sealed type oven, outside heating system, hot-air circulation system, auto constant temperature control system.

10. Adopting aluminum alloy guide roll after anode oxidation processing and in balance.
