SYW-A magnetostrictive probe

SYW Magnetostrictive probe adopts advanced magnetostrictive technology and digital electronic technology design, the main processor (CPU) uses high frequency arithmetic processor, circuit design uses highprecision instrument to amplify circuit, real digital communications, can accurately measure the oil level, water level,density and multi-temperature of the tank. It has high precision of measurement parameters, complete data, strong anti-interference ability, strong environmental adaptability, reliable data security, advanced algorithm and so on.

TCM-1 Touch Control Console

Thanks for using Level Meter Touch Control Console. It is a professional instrument, monitoring up to twelve tanks (eight tanks is standard) with the combination of Magnetostrictive probe. It can monitor fuel level, water level, temperature and other information of real time, which can help you acquire detailed knowledge of the inventory and delivery situation, and increase your efficiency. This product has been awarded the approval from PCEC.

It provides powerful functions for management: 24 hours real time monitoring the fuel level, water level, temperature and inventory. Display dynamically the variations of fuel and water level in graphic. The audible and visual alarm is there for security. It enjoys a fuel tank leak detection function. Calculate the fuel delivery volume accurately. It’s very convenient to print all kinds of reports.

The touch screen of the console features a simple interface which makes it easy for customers to use, text on menus and reports are displayed in English. Please read the operation manual before usage.

Advanced Function

1. Delivery function

Click “Advanced” → “Unload”, choose the tank you want to deliver, users can deliver fuel for more than one tanks at a time.

Click “Start”, the fuel volume before delivery and the start time would be record automatically, click “End” end the delivery, and the delivery report would be generated. Users can click “Print” to print this report.

※The dispensers should not be used for refueling vehicles while delivering.

※The outside explosion-proof ringer will bell 30 seconds to detect whether the ringer is work well while enter the delivery interface, if it does not work well, please pay attention to deliver.

※Explosion-proof ringer will bell 30 seconds if the fuel reaches the level of high fuel level alarm. Then stop delivering immediately.

2. Data upload

There reserved one RS-232 serial communications interface for connection with the central control system, it can upload the related data based on our company’s communication protocol V2.0

3. Network upload

The console can be installed with the network module, after setting up the network cable, set the network parameters correctly: click “Advanced” → “Internet” and set the parameters (better down by technician).

Installation Tips

※ Please do not to dismantle this equipment by yourself. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact us.

※ Please make sure the power ground connects with the earth well.

※ Please do not place anything on it

※ Please do not sprinkle any liquid on it.

※ Please do not cram anything to the air vent.

※ Please do not use this product in dust and unsafe environment.

※ Please use the special pen to touch screen, avoid breakage for the screen.

※ Please cut off the power, take the plug out and disconnect the cable connection with computer in thunderstorm weather.

※ Please keep the equipment away from the electrical appliance with strong electromagnetic field at least 50cm.

※ Don’t connect power line with communication cable of the probe, power line and signal line of the safety barrier, make sure there are at least 1.5cm between each two lines when installation and maintenance.
