The fuel leak detection system has these basic parts:

Fuel-Leak-Detection

Sensing cables – these cables provide early detection of below ground or above ground “weeps and seeps” before they accumulate into large spills. And the location is reported to the nearest meter.

Probes – these detect fuel floating on water or fuel accumulating in low spots like sumps or valve pits or on flat surfaces like pump pads. The probes react instantly to even a thin film of fuel and can be reset and reused and even “wet tested” if desired.

Sensor Interface Modules and Alarm Panels – these are designed to energise the sensor cables and probes, monitor their condition and report the existence and location of any leak detection to operators and other alarm and supervisor systems.

Install Leakage Detection Sensor:

1, Put the Leakage detection sensor vertical installed in the fixed bolt of manhole well.

2, Connection pipe test ports and detection device ports with oil conduit,oil conduit need short enough to avoid bending.

3. Connect snorkel to his connection Port.Complete the snorkel connection,the specific location is : on the manhole well inner wall of oil tank , directly above 1m and vertical direction.

4. Installation :use and maintenance of detection sensor should also comply with the product manual,GB3836-2010 explosion-proof criteria,Design of automotive filling oil and gas,construction specifications and other national standards. It is only allowed to make the installation construction who have the qualification of explosion-proof electrical equipment installation.
